A little illustration for Morning Snow~! ^3^ (I'm sorry the horse looks evil, it's just scared of the wolf...) This was a short-lived battle scene, but I wanted to draw action, and I figured nobody else would pick this scene. (It's sort of a contest?)

The story takes place before the events of Golden Sun, so Alex has a different outfit, and is kinda weak... X3 Same personality, though, albeit a little more open to his friends (he has friends!). The symbol on his necklace is "Mercury", for the clan.

I did this with crowquill pen and ink (the kind you keep dipping in the ink) - I had forgotten how much I enjoyed it. Tis faster than pens, and the lines look so much freer. Thing is, they slant, though. xD So it's kinda skewed. Oh well, I was going for the comic-cover look anywho.
