This is the first of 8 strips I completed this week for my Intro to Sequential class. The only stipulation was that they had to focus on true events - so I chose an animal theme, and wrote about funny pet stories that really happened!

I think to spread these out, I'll upload two a week...? Y'all said you liked my comics... =3 The in-class critique went well, everyone was laughing. Then they said I looked like Crayon Shin-chan. Which I guess I'll take as a compliment? My chibi form sort of morphs into Morita-senpai from Honey and Clover at times... Also gets a little Furuba-esque... but I guess it's a really generic SD anyway, because I didn't reference anything. ^_^

Notes about the panels:

When I was seven, I introduced Peanut the hamster to Tasha the cat. Honestly, she was mildly interested, but just wandered away. Peanut was just sort of still for a little while. But the hamster was incredibly lethargic all the time, so perhaps he didn't care either...

When I was in second grade, I got to take riding lessons on Sundown, a half-horse half-pony Palomino who was blind in one eye. One day I was dismounting, got my foot stuck in the stirrup, and tripped to the ground. He decided to start walking, dragging me along behind him... It didn't really faze me, but my mom was panicking!!

I own all those plushies. Those are most of the ones in my dorm room. I have way more at home in New York. <3 I sleep with Panda-chan, of course.

Cockroaches are scary. Nuff said.
