"Whistlejacket" is one of the sons of the famous Godolphin Arabian; "Mythos" refers to the fact that my stable carries only fantasy stock. Our goal is to introduce these new and unusual strains into the equine bloodlines, and bring about all new species!

Mythos stables has three starters: Arden (stallion), Mordrede (stallion), and Ayla (mare). All our other horses are their descendants. We are happy to lease to other stables.

MYTHOS STALLIONS:

Arden has been bred to Wolf's Paradise Sireena


He sired two beautiful twins, Mythos-Paradise Angel and Wolf's Paradise Swiftwing. They both inherited his glorious wings and his protective, stubborn personality! They were both so beautiful that a deal between the stable owners was struck, and Angel was given permanently to Whistlejacket Mythos.

Epoch was bred to Darklight Stable's Mannanan. Their unique daughter, Rainmaker, is a beautiful blend of skilled magic and graceful carriage. Epoch's unique stripes and hooves were passed on to the next generation!

Archangel, grandson of Arden, the mascot of our stables and our first Mythos stallion, is up for stud! His proud wings carry him soaring into the heavens, like the war angel he was names for.

Arden's spirited daughter is open to breed! The Mythos fire is alive in her eyes, and the sky is the limit for those signature golden wings! She has been bred to Skyline Breeze's Torjieveron - their fiery pegasus offspring Archangel is a sight to behold! She has been leased to Octillio Ranch, to breed with the stallion Keyblade - they produced three beautiful foals, Fenrir, Rambling Rose, and Memories Past.

A new exotic import, this Eohippus derivative brings a whole new species to the bloodline! Ayla was bred to Dark Star stable's Twilight, and produced our stallion, Epoch! The prehistoric hooves were indeed passed on as a dominant trait! Ayla also had a daughter by Lilium Stable's Sycotic Wrath. Savage inherited her small sleek form, as well as her hooves and many of her markings!

Ayla's daughter, this unique filly blends prehistoric genes with a bone mutation to create an entirely new brand of mare! Her rich ruby eyes and her striped coat contrast with the stark white of protruding ribs and vertebrae... She may not get along well with others, but hers is a dangerous beauty that we hope can be safely passed on to her future offspring!

Mordrede's daughter, this athletic girl loves to run, run, run! She prefers the company of mares and fillies, but that's not to say a handsome nightmare steed couldn't win her over... the more legs, the better. Don't be unnerved by her vivid green eyes - she's really a sweetheart. We know she will be a firm member of our stock!

Angel's little daughter, this loving and needy filly has the quirky trait of wingstubs. Being only half-pegasus, she cannot achieve flight like her mother and grandsire, but her beautiful golden feathers catch admiring glances all the same. We know her affectionate nature will be well-loved in the herd.

Stud Fees, Buying and Selling Rules

Stud Fees:

To breed one of your mares to a Whistlejacket Mythos Stallion;

Contact the 'stable' owner, Miyu, via devnote.

State which stallion you would like to breed to, and your mare you wish to breed from, with a link to your mare's page.

Your mare's statistics should be included as such:

Height
Colour
Markings
Breed
Bloodlines (No beginning mare in a stable has bloodlines... only the offspring do)
Discipline
Age (All mares start as fillies to their first breeding, 5yrs, then age them in our own RL years as they pass)

Once contact is made and both owners involved know breeding is to take place; you must draw --- One piece of artwork with the chosen 'stables' Stallion open to service, and your mare you wish to be covered, together.


***Important***

Breeding is not complete till the finished artwork is put up.
Artwork is to be drawn by the mare's owner, not the stud or stallion's owner!!
Do not ask THEM to draw the art for you.

THEN------
Following this (Take as much time as you like), for birth.
You must then draw the offspring with the Sire and Dam's name written below.
You may draw the offspring as foal or an adult.
You must make an official declaration of the two horses involved and their offspring, on your HorseartRPG journal entry (or can be a new entry)
You must then put the offspring on your page with its picture for it to exist in your stable.
**THE OFFSPRING DOES NOT EXIST UNTIL YOU DRAW IT**

Other than that have fun! Remember it is a slow paced game, intended for busy artists who like wee personal projects on the side who want something to do as a break from commission work. This is for you.
